Refund policy

You have 30 days from delivery to send something back.

Email hello@zoomiesdept.com with your order number and one line about what went wrong. We reply within one business day with the return address. Items should be unused and in their original packaging. Chewed, washed or used grooming tools can't come back, for obvious reasons.

If an item arrives damaged, broken or it isn't what you ordered, send us a photo and we cover the return or send a replacement. For change-of-mind returns, return shipping is on you.

Once the return reaches us, we refund the original payment method within 5 business days. Your bank may take a few more days to show it.
