Do you ship outside the US?
Right now we ship to US addresses only.
Can I send it back?
Yes, within 30 days of delivery. Email hello@zoomiesdept.com with your order number and we'll send the steps. The details are in our returns policy.
Which size do I get?
Products that come in sizes have a size guide and a Fits line on the page. Still between two? Send your pet's weight and a photo to hello@zoomiesdept.com.
Is it safe for my pet?
Stay in the room the first few times, keep sessions short, and stop if your pet pants hard, hides or tries to get away. Put small parts away after play.
Is it loud?
Anything with a motor or a speaker makes some sound. When the maker gives a decibel figure, it's in the specs on the product page.
