How things get in here
Every product here started as a clip people kept sending each other. Before it goes in the shop, we check what it's made of, what the photos actually show, and who it's not for. If it needs a size guide, it gets one.
Where it ships from
Orders ship from our partner warehouses. Every product page shows the delivery dates before you pay, and tracking comes by email. Shipping is free on orders over $49.
Get your pet featured
Film your pet with anything from the shop and tag @zoomiesdept on TikTok or Instagram, or email the clip to hello@zoomiesdept.com. We ask before we post it, and your pet gets the credit.
Who answers
A person reads every email at hello@zoomiesdept.com, usually within one business day.
