The short version: free US shipping over $49, 5 to 9 days to your door, and 30 days to change your mind.
Shipping
We ship to US addresses. Orders leave our partner warehouses within a few business days and arrive in 5 to 9 days.
Tracking
The tracking link is in your shipping email. You can also sign in to your account to see the status. Nothing after the dates on your order page? Email hello@zoomiesdept.com and we'll chase it.
Returns
You have 30 days from delivery. Email hello@zoomiesdept.com with your order number and what's wrong, and we'll send the return steps. Wrong size? Tell us and we'll help you swap it. The full terms are in our returns policy.
Arrived broken or wrong
Send a photo to hello@zoomiesdept.com within a week of delivery. We'll send a replacement or refund it, and you won't pay for the return.
US orders. Under that, the shipping cost shows at checkout before you pay.
Every product page shows the actual delivery dates before you order.
Changed your mind, or your pet did? Email us and we'll send the steps.
